Households Above the Federal Poverty Level and Below the Real Cost Measure

This indicator shows the percentage of households that are above the federal poverty level and below the Real Cost Measure. The Real Cost Measure represents the minimum income necessary for a household to afford basic living expenses specific to each community in California such as housing, food, health care, child care, and transportation. Households led by people with disabilities are excluded.
